  • 21 minutes.
  • Assesses the ability to critically evaluate information presented in written form.

Decision Making

  • 29 questions.

Quantitative Reasoning

  • 36 questions.
  • 24 minutes.
  • Measures the ability to solve numerical problems.

Abstract Reasoning

  • 55 questions.

Situational Judgment

  • 69 questions.

  •  Each of the first four cognitive sections (Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning) is scored on a scale of 300 to 900, with a total score range of 1200 to 3600.
  • The Situational Judgment section is scored in bands from Band 1 (highest) to Band 4 (lowest).
  • The UCAT is a computer-based test taken at Pearson VUE test centers.
  • The total test duration is 2 hours.
